Job Summary
An IT Specialist at Compass Realty Inc is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the companys computer systems networks software and technology equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware and software
- Provide technical support to office employees
- Troubleshoot network printer email and system issues
- Maintain company databases servers and user accounts
- Monitor system security and perform software updates
- Assist with cybersecurity and data backup procedures
- Set up employee workstations and remote access tools
- Maintain IT documentation and technical records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience in IT support help desk or system administration
- Knowledge of Windows systems networking and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
