IT Sourcing Manager Software

Join our Digital Technology Sourcing Team!

As a Sourcing Specialist - Software you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of annual and long-term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software category.
• Achieving cost savings targets.
• Leading RF(x) and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including IT legal finance cyber security and others.
• Mitigating supplier risks through effective contracting and supplier negotiation and management.
• Communicating with business leaders and stakeholders regarding project status process compliance business procedures and policies.
• Serving as a business partner to key IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes ensure compliance with company requirements and track metrics (KPIs).
• Leading multiple sourcing projects and sourcing-related activities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Understanding of global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to the procurement of software and associated services.

• To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience leading technology sourcing activities for global Software (On-Prem SaaS Cloud).
• Have experience in negotiating & redlining software contracts.
• Have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create software category plans.
• Be a skilled negotiator who can both plan and execute sourcing strategies in support of stakeholders business needs.
• Have strong Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) skills.
