Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT & Software - Program/Project Manager 1 - Remote position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Ann Arbor MI or Milpitas CA. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

A Project Manager plays a crucial role in organizations ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires flexibility to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with the ability to accommodate other time zones. While this position can be 100% remote candidates in the Milpitas CA or Ann Arbor MI areas will have a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Planning: Develop project plans including scope timeline and resources
• Execution: Oversee project implementation monitor progress and manage risks
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Address issues and adapt to changing circumstances
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven track record in project management
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide teams
• Organizational Skills: Effective planning prioritization and time management
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
• Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges

Pay range: Up to$75.06per hour
