Job Summary
IT Shipboard Project Manager (2 Openings)
Location: Miramar FL (4 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
W2 Contract
Interview: Video
Visa: Must be able to convert without sponsorship
Required Skills
-
7 years of Project Management experience leading large complex IT projects
-
Strong understanding of project management methodologies in a Waterfall environment
-
Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives and cross-functional teams
-
Excellent communication presentation stakeholder management and issue-resolution skills
-
Experience with project planning scope management budgeting procurement and vendor management
-
Ability to define and drive project schedules and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives
-
Valid Passport required with ability to travel at least 50%
Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification preferred
-
Previous shipboard or cruise industry experience is a plus
-
Experience supporting Dry Dock projects is highly desirable

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and technology deployments
Key Responsibilities

Support Program Manager in planning and execution of shipboard IT projects

Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and stakeholder expectations

Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams

Oversee vendor engagements procurement activities and project documentation

Lead design discussions approvals and project governance activities

Ensure alignment of project objectives with IT strategy and operational goals

Support Dry Dock initiatives when required
