Our Work MattersAt Kindeva we make products that save lives ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the Impact You Will MakeThe IT Senior Applications Administrator/Developer serves as the technical owner for Kindevas Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform while also acting as a generalist across various enterprise applications. This role is responsible for ensuring platform stability performance security extensibility and integrations as well as managing the ISV addition the role provides cross-functional application support and continuous improvement across other business-critical systems ensuring alignment with organizational needs and technology position combines hands-on D365 F&O development environment and release administration and full platform coverage including printing batch processing thirdparty ISVs and operational monitoring. The role partners closely with functional leads infrastructure security and vendors to ensure D365 F&O operates as a reliable compliant and scalable enterprise ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include:D365 F&O Platform Administration & Ownership:Own end-to-end technical administration of D365 Finance & Operations across Dev Test UAT and Production LCS (Lifecycle Services) activities including environments management monitoring updates deployments hotfixes and Microsoft platform availability performance and reliability including batch framework health system jobs and longrunning security roles duties privileges and users enforcing segregation of duties and audit release and cutover management for D365 changes including deployment planning validation and rollback platform documentation runbooks SOPs and operational support proceduresOwn D365 document printing architecture including: Print management configurationNetwork printers and document routingISV or third-party print services (e.g. PrintVis Docentric Lasernet or similar)Monitor and optimize batch jobs batch groups and system queues to ensure operational printing failures performance issues and formatting defects in production Management & Technical Coordination Responsibilities:Maintain and support assigned business applications ensuring operational stability performance and alignment with technical and maintain application inventories system documentation configuration records and support incident problem change and release management activities in partnership with IT operations vendors and business with integration architecture and data teams to design and support APIs middleware solutions data exchanges and system as the technical point of contact for software vendors support providers and implementation coordinate and validate application upgrades patches configuration changes licensing activities and support new technologies platforms and application enhancements for technical fit scalability integration requirements and applications comply with enterprise security standards access control requirements data governance policies and applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g. SOX GxP GDPR).Support audit activities risk assessments control testing and remediation initiatives related to application deployment and maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption and maintain business communication between technical teams and functional stakeholders to support issue resolution enhancement delivery and system business and technical requirements and translate them into system configurations integration specifications and solution and maintain technical documentation knowledge articles training materials and user support in application lifecycle activities including configuration management testing validation deployment and ongoing application health troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts across technical teams and third-party & Customization (D365 F&O):Design develop and support D365 F&O customizations using X extensions Develop and maintain: Custom batch jobs and servicesForms tables data entities workflowsBusiness events and extensibility pointsSupport reporting solutions including SSRS Electronic Reporting (ER) and data and resolve production issues through log analysis code debugging and root cause all solutions are upgradesafe well-documented and aligned with Microsoft best Management: Own and support D365 F&O integrationsDesign and maintain integrations leveraging: D365 F&O Data EntitiesOData and REST APIsFile-based and event-driven patterns where applicablePartner with integration and enterprise architecture teams to ensure: Standardized interface patternsError handling retry and reconciliationEnd-to-end monitoring and alertingSupport integrations with upstream/downstream systems (e.g. AP procurement banking HR 3PL tax engines).ISV & ThirdParty Solution Management:Serve as the technical owner for all D365-related ISVs including: Installation and upgradesCompatibility with D365 releasesIntegration touchpoints and security postureCoordinate ISV deployments with release cycles and regression as the primary technical contact with ISV vendors for issue resolution and roadmap ISV solutions align with internal architecture compliance and support ALM & Governance:Implement and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for D365 F&O builds packaging and ALM standards: Branching and Versioning StrategyCode reviews and peer validationEnvironment promotion controlsSupport data management processes including DMF packages repeatable migrations and data compliance with audit SOX and regulatory requirements through documented controls and QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field required6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a technical role requiredStrong expertise required in:X development and D365 F&O extensibilityPPAC LCS environment management and release processesSecurity roles and segregation of dutiesMicrosoft SQLX C# developmentPower Platform (Apps Automate Dataverse PowerBI)Integration (APIs Azure services)Security & environment managementDevOps / CI-CDWeb technologies and integration skills XML REST / OData / SOAP APIs Azure integration servicesStrong knowledge of full lifecycle SDLC methods and tools requiredExperience supporting and managing general applications requiredExperience or exposure to Boomi middleware preferredExperience integrating with boundary applications such as sales & use tax engines OCR Invoice automation banking integrations spend analytics tools punch-out catalogs preferredExperience working in a regulated GxP environment preferredExcellent communication planning and organization implementing or supporting package software thinking skills and methodical approach to team player with the ability to develop effective
