- Worksdirectlyoncomplexapplication/technicalproblemidentificationandresolution.
- Independentlyleadtestingprojectmanagementandqualityassuranceassignmentswithoutclosesupervision;normallyassignedthemorecomplexaspectsofsystemswork.
- Useyourunderstandingofsystemsregressionintegrationperformanceanduseracceptancetestingtoidentifygapsinsystemtest.
- Performallvalidationactivitiesofnewandexistingdefectswithinsoftwareproducts.
- Responsibleforqualityassuranceanddefectmanagementactivities
- Performstestingtoreproducedefectsandcollectartifactsnecessaryforanalysisandresolution. Participateinfieldfollowtestingoffeaturesthatrequirecarefulplanningandexecutiontoensuretimelyqualityresults.
- Communicatewithendusersandinternalcustomerstohelpdirectdevelopmentdebuggingandtestingofapplicationsoftwareforaccuracyintegrityinteroperabilityandcompleteness
- Coordinatewithproductownertoresolveopenissues/enhancements/upgradesandunderstandtheuseofaspecificfunctionalityasneeded
- Identifyhighimpactissuesdrivethemtoresolutionperformrootcauseanalysisandassistleadershiptomakerightdecisionthroughdataandquantitativedecisionmaking.
- MentorQAteammembersandprovidetechnicalguidanceontestingbestpracticesstandardsandtools.
