IT Project Manager Senior

Job Summary
- The Senior Project Manager role plays a critical part in delivering high-qualityinformation systems-specific projects using Agile-Scrum methodologies. Using extensiveknowledge and experience in project management principles and information systems leading practices theincumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various information systemsprojects. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for identifying project requirements setting projectobjectives and identifying IT stakeholders. They will work closely with key stakeholders across theorganization including technical teams business teams application programmers and leaders.
- The incumbentwill coordinate work performed by IT stakeholders by defining project requirements performing feasibility andneeds/impact assessments and will work with the team to implement new project management tools andtechniques. This role requires expertise in project management and information system methodologies. Theincumbent will ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality will be responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary skills resources and support to successfullycomplete projects.
Responsibilities
- Leads large-scale complex and cross-functional projects using PMI-aligned practices to ensure the successful delivery of scope schedule cost and quality objectives.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating project activities developing schedules tracking capacity and utilization maintaining documentation managing and escalating risks ensuring stakeholder alignment and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Assist in defining project scope deliverables success criteria and key performance metrics in conjunction with project leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project management tasks for internal information systems-specific projects includingproject planning defining requirements scheduling tracking and resource management tools
- Manage projects from start to finish ensuring successful completion on schedule within budget and with highquality deliverables
- Establish project scope by analyzing project requirements setting project objectives and identifying projectstakeholders
- Coordinate and track work performed by IT project team members to ensure completion on time and withinbudget
- Identify track and manage project risks issues changes and dependencies and escalate as required
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management key stakeholders andproject sponsors including project status budget progress risks and scope
- Develop and implement project quality control and quality assurance processes
- Liaise with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in project management methodologies informationsystems and technologies
This position is not remote/hybrid and will report to our Global Headquarters in downtown Cleveland OH.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Project Management or in lieu of a degree at least 7 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology
4 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network server or software implementation and upgrades and/or PC deployment)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques
Experience in project planning scheduling and budgeting
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA and Confluence
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
Must be eighteen years or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM
