Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Complex Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional technology projects from inception through lifecycle completion.
  • Modern Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office and standard project management software (such as MS Project Jira or Smartsheet) to manage timelines backlogs and resources.
  • Proven Experience: A Bachelors degree with 7 years of project management experience (including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives) OR 11 years of related business experience.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Leadership: Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
  • Strategic Delivery: Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets risk registers and governance artifacts to ensure flawless execution.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate risks issues and resource constraints early implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with business leaders technical teams vendors and stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
  • Executive Communication: Provide clear concise performance reporting and facilitate executive decision-making by presenting clear options tradeoffs and solution paths.
