Position Summary

The IT Project Manager IV leads large complex technology initiatives that deliver meaningful business value across the organization. Successful candidates combine strong project management fundamentals with strategic thinking proactive risk management and the ability to navigate ambiguity. They bring structure to complex situations foster collaboration across technical and business teams and help leaders make informed decisions by providing insights recommendations and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
  • Governance & Execution: Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets risk registers and governance artifacts to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Strategic Alignment: Understand business objectives technical requirements project risks dependencies and the full project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate risks issues and resource constraints early implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders technical teams vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
  • Executive Communication: Provide clear concise project performance reporting executive communications and recommendations to leadership.
  • Decision Support: Facilitate decision-making by presenting clear options trade-offs risks and solution paths.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional technology projects in the Oil & Energy (or related industrial) sector.
  • Technical & PM Skills: Demonstrated expertise in the full project lifecycle proficiency with Microsoft Office and mastery of modern project management software.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational leadership communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Locality & Work Authorization: Must be a local candidate authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
