Job Summary
Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and closing projects that align with business objectives. This role leads cross-functional teams ensures adherence to scope schedule and budget and provides clear communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Functions Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project plans schedules and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope Drive accountability across cross-functional teams Stakeholder & Communication Management Communicate project status risks and updates to business and IT stakeholders Lead project meetings and ensure preparation and participation Coordinate internal teams and external vendors Budget & Resource Management Monitor project budget and track actual vs. forecasted costs Ensure appropriate resource allocation and utilization Escalate potential cost overruns or resource constraints Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Maintain issues logs assign ownership and track resolution Escalate critical risks/issues to leadership or steering committee Governance & Documentation Maintain complete and accurate project documentation Ensure compliance with PMO standards tools and methodologies Provide status reporting and metrics to support decision-making Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors degree in business IT Engineering or related field 1-2 years of experience in project coordination administration or related role Basic understanding of project management concepts or methodologies Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Project Excel or similar tools Familiarity with SDLC Agile or Hybrid delivery models Vendor and contract management experience CORE COMPETENCIES Leadership and team facilitation Strong communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making Time management and organization Financial and analytical acumen Physical Dimensions Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
