Power Platform Engineer Developer& Architect
Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert and thought leader in Power Apps Power BI and the Power Platform driving innovation and best practices.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for leveraging Power Platform tools to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive solutions using Power Apps Power BI and other Power Platform tools to address complex business challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities and solutions.
Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Power Platform technologies ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in Power Apps Power BI and the overall Power Platform with a strong track record of thought leadership and innovation.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Power Platform tools including Power Apps Power BI Power Automate and Dataverse.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams driving excellence and fostering a collaborative environment.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative solutions to business challenges.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
