IT Internship Irving, TX (Summer 2027)

PURPOSEGain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and hands-on project assignments while supporting Builders FirstSources digital transformation efforts. Work is performed under direct supervision. This internship provides an opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of field operations technology and digital product development while helping drive adoption of myBLDR the companys digital DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with various projects in support of the Digital Field Engagement initiatives designed to increase adoption and utilization of the myBLDR digital outreach and engagement activities with field teams within an assigned market organize and analyze user feedback adoption data and operational insights to identify opportunities for barriers to digital adoption and recommend solutions to improve user experience and field feedback into actionable product recommendations and business in team meetings brainstorming sessions and project planning with cross-functional teams including Digital IT Product Management Sales and Operations to support project with change management initiatives that help drive digital transformation throughout the and present findings recommendations and measurable outcomes at the conclusion of the REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
