IT Intern

What Youll Do

As an IT Intern youll play a key role in supporting our team members with day-to-day technical needs. Youll gain experience across a wide range of IT functions including:

• Setting up workstations including computers peripherals and software
• Troubleshooting hardware issues (HDDs keyboards mice etc.)
• Installing and configuring software and security applications
• Building and preparing PCs for use across multiple locations
• Assisting with technology inventory management
• Monitoring IT support requests and updating service tickets
• Partnering with team members to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Supporting additional IT projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Valid drivers license with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Experience building or repairing PCs and hardware
• Familiarity with Windows environments operating systems and basic networking and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ConnectWise is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills and ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

What we offer:

Pay Rate: $18.00-20.00 per hour
