Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Interns Technology Interns and Front Desk Interns to join our team and support our nationwide clientele while gaining hands-on experience in HospitalityTech IT Business Operations Customer Service and Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with CRM management system updates and data management.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
Assist with business analysis reporting and documentation.
Support software testing and technology-related projects.
Assist Front Desk operations guest communication and customer service activities.
Handle reservations inquiries check-in/check-out support and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records reports and databases.
Collaborate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
Research and learn new technology business and hospitality tools.
Support ongoing projects across IT HospitalityTech and business operations.
Requirements
Familiarity with MS Office and internet-based tools.
