IT Infrastructure Specialist

You will play a critical role in designing implementing and maintaining the IT and OT infrastructure and processes that power our organization. Youll collaborate with DTT and business cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure the reliability availability scalability and security of our Safe and Secure Infrastructure:Design implement and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems and technologies and including application servers and infrastructure applications/services as well as network technologies. Configure manage maintain and operate on-prem virtualization and cloud infrastructure platforms and solutions ensuring cybersecurity high availability and performance. Work closely with application teams and security teams to align infrastructure with business Protections and Troubleshoot Issues: Administer and troubleshoot server and network environments monitor system health apply patches and optimize configurations. Implement disaster recovery strategies for critical systems. Develop and implement backup strategies plans and processes. Manage back-up to Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with IT audit controls security policies procedures and regulations. Maintain related Supplier Relationships: Manage third party technical teams coordinate activities monitor service levels and ensure contractual obligations are met. Collaborate with remote technical personnel to address infrastructure-related Automation Practices: Develop and implement infrastructure automation wherever possible to streamline deployments and reduce manual Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field or relevant working of 4 yearsof hands-on experience in IT infrastructure in on-prem & cloud-based AD infrastructure Windows and Linux administration and understanding of Azure AWS and other cloud services including computer storage and with virtualization technologies (VMware Hyper-V etc.).Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and microservices -conscious mindset and knowledge of best practices for securing communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional will enable your success:Ability to implement strategic initiatives and long-term plans and lead execution of oriented approach with outcome -motivated optimistic and can-do attitude that prioritizes benefits before accountable with ability to enable business culture and technology change in a dynamic operating understanding of cloud infrastructure SD-WAN network and zero trust solutionsDynamic curious learner with desire to understand new perspectives and opportunities to explore new ways to solve of partnering across organization to define and breakdown opportunities identify logical solutions and facilitate change; ability to anticipate and mitigate analytical presentation and interpersonal skills including active to detail but able to see the big <10%.The base salary for this role is $86400 to $129600 annually
