What youll do
Youll be the first point of contact for technical support across phone email and our ticketing system. Day-to-day youll:
- Deliver remote support using RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate and similar)
- Install configure and maintain desktops laptops software and peripherals
- Manage user accounts permissions and access
- Troubleshoot hardware software and printer issues
- Document everything clearly and escalate when needed
- Spot opportunities to improve IT processes and the user experience
- Occasionally support after-hours projects upgrades or critical issues
Youll thrive if you love solving problems communicating clearly and keeping people productive.
What were looking for
- 2 years of help desk / IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Bonus points for CompTIA A Network MCP or similar certifications or for pursuing/holding a degree in IT Computer Science or related field
