Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in a related field. Equivalent (4 years) related experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree.
- 5 years of experience in Jira administration configuration usage and maintenance.
- 5 years of experience in Confluence administration configuration usage and maintenance.
- 2 years of experience in creation and management of automated tasks and scripting.
- 2 years of experience with complex JQL filtering and custom dashboards.
- 1 year of experience in successful migration or instance consolidation.
- Familiarity with additional Atlassian tools: Bamboo FishEye BitBucket Requirements Traceability Git Integration for Jira and Xray (Test Management).
- 2 years of experience implementing Jira and Confluence upgrades.
Preferred Skills
- Atlassian certifications.
- Experience documenting processes and procedures creating runbooks and configuring products based on business requirements documents.
- Experience with application monitoring and alerting.
- Experience conducting User Access Reviews to determine appropriate user roles and responsibilities.
- Experience interacting with enterprise change management processes including presentations to a Change Approval Board.
