IT Educational Analyst II

Job Summary
This IT Educational Analyst supports the development delivery and maintenance of training communication and change management activities for information technology initiatives and business applications.
Working under general supervision this role assists in creating learning materials delivering training programs developing communications and supporting organizational change efforts while applying foundational instructional design facilitation and communication skills to help employees successfully adopt new technologies processes and systems.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist with the development testing maintenance and delivery of instructor-led virtual and eLearning courses for employees and end users of ERP and other IT business applications.
- Create and update training materials including participant guides quick reference guides job aids presentations and knowledge articles.
- Support the development of eLearning modules and awareness videos using learning and development tools such as Articulate 360 Vyond CANVA or similar applications.
- Deliver training sessions for small to medium-sized audiences under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys assessments and learner feedback.
- Support change management activities including stakeholder communications adoption campaigns training logistics and end-user engagement activities.
- Develop employee-facing communications such as emails intranet articles social media posts and awareness materials.
- Participate in organizational change initiatives and promote user adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Coordinate training schedules registration attendance tracking and reporting.
- Maintain training records learning content repositories and program documentation.
- Support and help administer ongoing learning and engagement programs such as IT awareness campaigns champions programs and learning events.
- Collaborate with project teams subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and training requirements.
- Stay current on instructional design trends learning technologies and change management best practices.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Education Organizational Development Communications Information Technology Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience in training learning and development change management communications or related experience.
- Experience supporting employee training programs workshops or technology adoption initiatives preferred.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Basic understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
- Experience creating training materials and end-user communications.
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360 Vyond Canva Camtasia Snagit or similar applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with effective presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Comfortable using social media and digital communication channels for awareness and engagement activities.
- Strong collaboration and customer service orientation.
Travel:
- Up to 10-15% travel based on project and business requirements.
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63000 - $82950 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
