UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking an entry level IT Application Administrator I to join Applications Development and Integrations a unit within UFIT.

UF Information Technology enables teaching learning research and service on campus and across the region with state-of-the-art enterprise IT systems including SEC and SUS universities and the opportunity to teach using HiPerGator.

This position is instrumental in the development and support of enterprise content management solutions for 16 colleges and multiple administrative areas across campus and the state potentially impacting 70000 customers daily. As an integral member of the UFIT Enterprise Document Management team the incumbent must demonstrate a high level of creativity comprehension analytical skills and teamwork.

Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:

• Assist in the analysis design development testing and deployment of enterprise content management solutions that utilize both basic and advanced capabilities of Hyland OnBase and Docusign. These solutions automate complex processes and manage important university content (documents e-forms cases data etc.).
• Assist in providing prompt and courteous customer support for deployed solutions including intake triage and resolution of support tickets.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation (designs specifications testing processes workflows etc.).
• Demonstrate excellent communications teamwork and customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess the following education experience and skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or similar field.
• 1 year of experience in software development electronic document management solution development e-signature administration IT-related customer support and software systems documentation
• Strong analytical and IT testing skills
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

This is not a remote work position and is located in Gainesville FL.

A Level 2 Criminal Background Screening is required.
