IS Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
• Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
• Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
• Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively efficiently and within safety standards.
• Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough construction plan review or other requirements.
• Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements Service Quoted Turnkey and Controls sales.
• Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administratorservice team
• Travel to customer job sites is required which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
• During the site visits the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering engineering technology or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems building automation systems HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.
• Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.
• Experience collecting data analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.
• Must possess a valid drivers license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations included but not limited to:
• DUI Hit & Run License Suspension Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
