Position Summary

The Crew Member Irrigation supports Sunrise Landscapes commercial clients by providing irrigation installation services across private and public properties. This role combines hands-on landscaping work with irrigation installation responsibilities and requires the safe operation of landscaping equipment to complete daily tasks.

The Crew Member Irrigation supports irrigation installations property preparation and site clean-up while maintaining quality standards client satisfaction and safe work practices. A successful team member brings irrigation experience reliability and the ability to perform physically demanding work in Floridas outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As one of our Crew Members Irrigation you will have the following areas of responsibility:

Irrigation Installation & Site Preparation

• Support the installation of irrigation systems including pipe joints heads and wire

• Dig holes and trenches and backfill for drainage and irrigation installations

• Haul and install topsoil greens mix gravel sand grass seed and sod

Landscape Support & Property Preparation

• Prepare and clean job sites removing debris and waste

• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and client expectations

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Safely operate landscaping equipment including lawnmowers trimmers and blowers

• Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report issues

Safety Teamwork & Communication

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times

• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times including helmets fall protection ear plugs safety glasses and gloves to prevent injury

• Communicate effectively with team members

• Deliver excellent customer service in all client interactions

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Minimum of 6 months of recent professional landscape installation or construction experience required. Experience in related trades such as pipe laying Hillman/Tillman roles new construction plumbing apprenticeships or pool installation/maintenance

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in Florida heat

• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team

• Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand kneel bend twist and squat for prolonged periods throughout the day

• Ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift 30 pounds multiple times per day in hot temperatures

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including heat high humidity and rain
