Irregular Warfare Planner
Job Summary
The Opportunity:

CACI is hiring an Irregular Warfare (IW) Planner to join a program that will deliver mission-critical advisory training and operational support services that help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats. Working across geographic and functional combatant commands this position will play a vital role in developing integrating and sustaining mission-ready task forces that enhance joint force effectiveness and operational success.

Responsibilities:
Plans coordinates and synchronizes indirect asymmetric and non-conventional operations (e.g. counterinsurgency unconventional warfare counterterrorism civil-military operations Psychological operations security cooperation foreign internal defense counter threat finance etc.)
Identifies and maps adversary networks including terrorist groups insurgents and criminal organizations
Develops and integrates IW formal planning products to include estimates OPORD/OPLAN/CONPLAN inputs annexes appendices tabs and concepts of operation
Create and maintain IW assessment plans including relevant MOE MOEi and MOP for integration into higher HQ assessment activities
Produces and delivers written and oral products for senior executive-level decision makers
Conducts coordination and integration with interagency Ally Partner and Joint stakeholders
Ensures IW operations investments and activities comply with applicable legal policy and authority guidance
Participates in the targeting process from target development through execution in support of theater and regional joint targeting enterprises
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility and willing to submit to Polygraph
Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study
5 years of experience planning coordinating and synchronizing IW
3 years of experience working in TSOC HQ SOCOM or its Service Components HQ J3X J2X STO/SAP planning cell Joint Targeting cell or similar organization
7 years of demonstrated experience with military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP) military decision-making process joint targeting process and/or military campaign planning
Demonstrated success in briefing or delivering written operational concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers
Desired:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines capabilities limitations and platforms and relevant Intelligence Community Directives
Experience or knowledge of HUMINT and CI Operations and application and associated authorities
5 years of experience coordinating compartmented or sensitive operational activity with the IC Interagency Allies and/or Partners

Pay Range:
