Ironworkers Wanted - Taft TX Area
Central Texas Steel Erectors is hiring experienced Ironworkers for an upcoming structural steel project in the Taft Texas area.
Pay & Benefits
- $33.00/hour
- $100/day Per Diem (for qualified employees)
- Overtime available
- Opportunity for long-term work based on performance
Job Responsibilities
- Erect structural steel joists decking and miscellaneous metals
- Read and interpret structural steel drawings
- Bolt-up and connect steel members
- Work safely at heights while following all OSHA safety requirements
- Operate hand and power tools required for steel erection
- Work as part of a professional safety-focused crew
Requirements
- Previous structural steel ironworker experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass any required site safety orientation
- Must be able to work at heights and lift 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
