Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled iOS/Swift Developer to design develop test and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Apple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Swift and iOS development a solid understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for creating intuitive reliable and high-performing mobile experiences.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within New York NY is$150k - $160k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop iOS applications usingSwiftand Apple development frameworks.
• Build responsive scalable and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers designers backend developers and QA engineers to deliver new features.
• Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured maintainable code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs third-party services and backend systems.
• Write unit tests UI tests and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve performance and application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance stability security and battery efficiency.
• Ensure applications comply with Apples design guidelines and App Store requirements.
• Support application releases deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging iOS technologies tools and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of professional experiencedeveloping iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency inSwiftand familiarity with Objective-C.
• Experience withXcode Swift Package Manager and Git.
• Solid knowledge of UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
• Experience working with REST APIs JSON and asynchronous programming.
• Understanding of iOS architecture patterns such asMVVM MVC or VIPER.
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Apples Human Interface Guidelines.
• Knowledge of memory management application lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
