Investor Relations & Business Development Intern (Hedge Fund) Path to Full-Time

Enosis Capital Group is an emerging hedge fund. We are not home to the status quo and establishment mindset. Rather we embrace volatility today to build an anti-fragile portfolio for tomorrow. With 5 years delivering for our separately managed clients we are now scaling our fund.

The Opportunity

This is a paid part-time internship built as a direct path to a full-time role. Interns who perform and demonstrate potential may receive a full-time offer after graduation in May 2027. The full-time role builds on the internship with a clear path to increasing responsibility and a long-term career in alternative asset management for those with the drive and determination. It carries the following estimated compensation package along with health insurance:

Full-time base salary: $90000$110000

Performance Bonuses: Quarterly and annual bonus based on KPIs with significant upside for top performers

Were not offering a résumé line. Were offering a try-out for a real job at a growing fund working directly with the CIO.

What Youll Do

Run outbound outreach (calls emails LinkedIn etc.) to high-net-worth individuals RIAs family offices and centers of influence to introduce the fund

Progress initial outreaches to book qualified meetings and investor presentations for the CIO

Track every contact and follow-up in our CRM

Help prepare tear sheets presentation materials

Coordinate group investor presentations: RSVPs logistics and attendee follow-up

Learn how the fund invests and manages risk directly from the CIO

Who You Are

A senior or MBA student graduating in May 2027 majoring in business finance economics or a related field

Comfortable communicating with new people and establishing a connection

Articulate organized and effective following-up

Works with discipline integrity and enthusiasm

Interested in a long-term career in hedge funds and alternative investments

Spanish fluency is a plus

Schedule

15 hours per week during business hours. Hybrid with availability in office in Brickell when needed.
