We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Associates and Analysts to support AI training projects using their expertise in financial modeling valuation transaction analysis and deal execution.

• Evaluate and annotate financial documents transaction materials and case studies.
• Review and refine pitchbooks valuation models and market analysis reports.
• Develop realistic investment banking scenarios and document deal processes.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial content for accuracy clarity and professionalism.
• Analyze financial data statements and transaction structures.
• Provide detailed feedback and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards.

• Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate or second-year-or-higher Analyst or an equivalent Sales & Trading role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling valuation and deal execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements transaction documents and market data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial documentation regulatory requirements and deal structuring.
