This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records coordinating daily inventory activities and helping ensure materials are properly tracked organized and available when ideal candidate has experience in warehouse inventory operations is comfortable using SAP and Microsoft Excel and can confidently operate a Cherry Picker forklift. Were looking for someone who leads by example communicates effectively solves problems and takes ownership of inventory accuracy and team performanceResponsibilitiesInventory Control & AccuracyMonitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the and coordinate daily cycle counts physical inventory counts and inventory inventory discrepancies and assist with identifying and resolving root product quantities part numbers locations and inventory transactions for accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions using with locating missing inventory and resolving stock shortages or materials are properly labeled stored and organized in designated warehouse maintain inventory accuracy to support production schedules customer orders and shipping Leadership & CoordinationProvide day-to-day direction and support to inventory team daily inventory assignments and help prioritize tasks based on operational and assist employees on inventory procedures SAP transactions safety practices and accuracy workflow and help ensure inventory activities are completed accurately and on as a point of contact for inventory-related questions and inventory issues shortages and operational concerns to the Inventory Analyst and teamwork accountability and continuous & Problem SolvingPrepare and communicate inventory count results discrepancies and adjustments to the Inventory SAP and Microsoft Excel to review inventory information track discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory variances and recommend solutions to prevent recurring with identifying process improvements that increase efficiency and inventory closely with warehouse receiving shipping and operations teams to resolve inventory Operations & SafetySafely operate a Cherry Picker forklift to access move and verify with material movement stock organization and inventory location established warehouse procedures safety regulations and company clean organized and safe inventory and storage additional warehouse and inventory functions as other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED of 1 year of experience in inventory management inventory control or warehouse Picker forklift operating experience to safely lift and move up to 50 using SAP for inventory transactions and recordkeeping in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft QualificationsPrevious experience in a lead trainer or team coordination working in automotive logistics automotive parts distribution or manufacturing with cycle counting inventory reconciliation and physical inventory Truck and/or Sit-Down Forklift working with warehouse inventory systems and RF attention to detail and commitment to inventory organizational communication and problem-solving to work independently while providing direction and support to team attendance and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
