Inventory Specialist

Falls Auto Body Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Inventory Specialist to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls. As an Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for tracking organizing and managing parts materials and supplies to ensure accurate stock levels and timely availability. You will work closely with team members to maintain inventory records support procurement activities and help streamline warehouse and storage processes.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $71000 - $82500 USD per year providing a strong foundation for professional growth within a respected automotive and industrial services organization.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of parts materials and supplies
• Receive inspect and log incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient access and workflow
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchasing staff to reorder stock and prevent shortages
• Track inventory usage and identify trends to support planning decisions
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Assist with the processing and distribution of parts to service and production teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level experience in inventory management warehousing or a related field preferred
• Basic proficiency with inventory tracking systems and spreadsheet software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with mechanical or industrial parts and terminology is a plus
• Reliable punctual and able to work consistently on-site in Cuyahoga Falls
