Inventory Operations Specialist (2nd Shift)

Staff Up is Hiring a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Coordinator/ Operations Specialist in Frisco TX. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator / Operations Specialist to join our warehouse operations team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy supporting warehouse operations troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is analytical detail-oriented and experienced working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00

Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:30 PM-12:30 AM Flexible on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support daily warehouse operations and inventory transactions.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to manage inventory.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate shipping receiving and reverse logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist with order fulfillment and inventory reconciliation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Inventory Control Operations or Warehouse Coordination.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP Workday Oracle or similar).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables data analysis preferred).
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting experience.
• Quality assurance experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
