Inventory Manager
Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Inventory Manager to lead our Shipping & Receiving team while overseeing the inventory processes that keep our manufacturing operation running smoothly.
This is a working leadership role where youll balance people leadership inventory management warehouse operations and continuous improvement as part of your day. Youll spend time both in the office and on the manufacturing floor partnering with teams across the business to improve inventory accuracy strengthen material flow and ensure production has what it needs to meet customer demand.

What youll do...
Youll lead the day-to-day inventory and warehouse operation while helping improve how materials move through our facility. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead coach and develop the Shipping & Receiving team.
- Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts physical inventories reconciliations and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor inventory levels warehouse organization and material availability to support production and customer commitments.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
- Help improve warehouse processes inventory controls operational metrics and ERP practices.
- Maintain a safe organized and efficient warehouse environment while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

What were looking for...
- Strong experience with inventory control cycle counting inventory reconciliation and warehouse operations.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to develop people improve processes and build accountability within a team.
- Ability to obtain required hazardous materials shipping certifications.
