Job Title: Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (IC/QA) Associate Warehouse
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Location: USA Parkway Nevada

Position Summary
The IC/QA Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product quality standards are met throughout warehouse operations. This role supports operational accuracy compliance and continuous improvement by performing cycle counts audits and quality inspections within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily weekly and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards
- Audit inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition
- Document findings adjustments and corrective actions in the warehouse management system
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and leadership teams to address root causes of errors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and quality processes
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in compliance with safety policies
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits
- Knowledge of QA processes in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
