Job Summary

Where Youll Make an Impact:
- Inputting daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software.
- Verifying the accuracy of receipts transfers and requisitions.
- Assisting with monthly inventories.
- Maintaining the accuracy of items set up in the inventory system.
- Entering new vendors into purchasing system and assisting with the new vendor registration process.
- Ensure the safety and security of company information.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Basic PC knowledge with a focus on data entry.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various departments.
Must-Haves:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Inventory control & related warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Physical Requirements:
- 50% Standing
- 50% Walking stooping reaching or bending
- Repetitive hand motions
- Use of stairs and elevators
- Moderate lifting of 30 lbs. or more.
- Ability to work varied hours and on shifts weekends holidays and special events as needed.
