Inventory Clerk w/Forklift - Purchasing
Inventory Clerk w/Forklift and strong computer skills to support purchasing receiving inventory control and warehouse operations. This position will purchase and receive project materials maintain accurate inventory operate a forklift load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse inventory receiving or material handling experience who is looking for a MondayFriday 7 AM4 PM schedule with potential for long-term employment.
Youll play a key role in the warehouse operations responsible for purchasing and receiving all project material and handling inventory which includes moving loading and unloading materials using a forklift as well as performing general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly.
LOCATION: Wylie TX 75098
POSITION: Contract to hire
SCHEDULE: 7AM 4PM M-F
PAY: 18.00hr

Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing/maintaining all project material
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Load and unload trucks and follow shipping/receiving procedures
- Move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Previous skills in Inventory control shipping and receiving.
- Strong Computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to safety
- Team player with a positive attitude
