Job description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dealership Lot Attendant to oversee daily lot operations and serve as a frontline dealership leader in Lighthouse Point FL. This role is responsible for safely moving vehicles maintaining a strong client-facing presence and assisting with scheduling and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized customer-focused and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities- Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly moving units as directed by the sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
- Ensuring all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot
- Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
- Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
- Building and grounds maintenance as needed
- Other functions and special projects may be assigned
- Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must be 18 years or older for driving responsibilities
- Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous valet or lot operations experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Frequent walking running and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift/push up to 25 lbs and enter/exit vehicles regularly
- Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings and includes exposure to weather elements (heat cold rain etc.)
- Ability to remain alert and focused
- Be a self starter and maintain excellence in attitude.
