Inventory Associate

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $17.00 $22.00 / hour

We are seeking a systematic Inventory Associate to monitor and maintain accurate stock records. You will execute physical cycle counts investigate tracking errors and optimize storage configurations.

Conduct routine cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory audits.

Reconcile physical stock quantities with the digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Investigate stock discrepancies damaged items and missing merchandise.

Organize storage spaces and update location labels for maximum warehouse navigation.

Generate daily and weekly inventory discrepancy and volume reports.

Strong data-entry skills and proficiency with inventory software (ERP/WMS).

High analytical aptitude with basic mathematics capability.

Previous stockroom inventory control or supply chain experience.

Meticulous attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently.
