Job Summary

Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Coffeyville KS 67337
Duration: 2 Years
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM)

Description:

Perform inventory audits and inventory accuracy activities
Coordinate daily cycle counts and quarterly perpetual inventory audits
Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
Prepare inventory and audit reports for leadership review
Monitor manufacturing and material flow processes
Support inventory accuracy excess material management and RGA processes
Review perpetual inventory reports and audit findings
Work with factory teams to improve inventory turns and material accuracy
Provide guidance and support to inventory and material flow personnel
Support shop floor inventory operations and material tracking activities

Required Skills:

Inventory analysis and inventory control experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
SAP experience preferred
Reporting and data analysis skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work on shop floor and office environments
Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory audit processes

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
Leadership or coaching experience with hourly employees
Experience improving inventory accuracy and material flow processes

Education:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations or related field preferred

Work Experience:

Experience in inventory analysis cycle counting or material management preferred
Manufacturing environment experience highly preferred
Stable work history preferred
