Inventory Acquisition Specialist

The Inventory Acquisition Specialist is responsible for purchasing inventory for resale through non-auction avenues.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Contact service customers the day prior to customers appointment via call/text/email
• Appraisevehiclesinboththequicklubeandbackshoputilizingappraisalsoftware
• WorkwithServiceAdvisorstoaccountforknownissues/reconditioningneeded
• Providecustomerwithvalueoftheirvehicle
• IfcustomerisinterestedintradingvehiclecoordinatecustomerwiththeSalesManager
• Followupwithpreviousdaysappraisals
• FacilitatePurchasePaperwork
• StockinunitspurchasedintoVautoandsubmitpaperworktocorporateoffice
• Explore other avenues to purchase inventory (i.e. Facebook Craigslist etc.)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers licenserequired
• Good people skills and a master communicator both verbal and nonverbally
• Detail orientated and self-motivated
• Previous automotive experience is a plus
