THIS IS NOT A TELEWORK POSITION. CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE.

Salary: $16.71/Hour
Current employees will be compensated in accordance with the DCF salary policy.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday.
Salary: $15.75/HR.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Note: Be prepared to provide a copy of your degree/diploma or request official transcripts from your school. All documents must be in English clear and legible showing all signatures and pertinent details. Foreign degrees must be validated by a third party to meet the US equivalency requirements. All costs are the responsibility of the applicant.
- At least one (1) year of clerical work in a professional setting or contact/ customer service experience serving members of the public.
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position reports directly to the Hope Florida Program office. This position will function as a Clerk. This is a professional position which is responsible for helping customers that are in crisis by accessing a wide variety of services and resources that can assist staff as well as the customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating professionalism competency working well with others.
