Position Details

• Caseload:Multiple caseloads available (K12)
• Schedule:Monday Friday
• Hours:37.5 40 hours/week
• Dates:ASAP May 2027
• Location:Onsite in Ohio

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and student needs
• Create and manage compliant IEPs per IDEA and ODE guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers service providers and support staff
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Modify curriculum and materials for diverse learning needs
• Lead IEP and ETR meetings; engage in parent communication
• Build strong family partnerships through regular updates

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate Moderate/Intensive or K12)
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Deep understanding of IEP development progress monitoring and differentiated instruction
• Strong skills in behavior management classroom structure and team collaboration
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
