Job Summary
Completing of a college course of study leading to the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf Comprehensive Skills Certificate and/or successful experience as a skilled-level interpreter (at least three years). Some post secondary education in classes such as psychology child development or others that would adequately prepare an individual to work with high school students or two years experience working with adolescents in a supervisory role.
- Certification (Certified by Interpreter of the Deaf (RID) or American Consortium of Certified Interpreters (ACCI) level 4 or above or NAD Certification level 4 or above)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two Letters (Within 2 years))
