Job Description

Passion for Life Inc. is seeking unpaid Volunteer/Intern Recruitersas part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 2 driven individualsto support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR Learning & Development Operations and Research & Evaluation.

As aVolunteer Recruiter you will:

Screen interview and onboard new volunteers facilitating a smooth integration.

Implement and refine our project-based staffing model ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

This is an opportunity toapply your HR and recruitment expertise in a mission-driven environmentwhile gaining valuable nonprofit experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Interest in HR talent acquisition or recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles

Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work

Preferred:

Prior experience in HR recruiting or nonprofit management

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools

Familiarity with screening interviewing and onboarding processes
