Develop highquality digital learning content using industrystandard instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools. Convert existing instructorled training and PowerPoint materials into engaging interactive eLearning modules. Maintain and update online learning assets to ensure accuracy consistency and an optimal learner experience. Upload organize and manage eLearning modules within the ADP Learning Management System (LMS). Support the Talent Management/Organizational Development team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Must be a current full-time college student enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or other related field of study. Must have sophomore standing or higher. Must demonstrate strong academic performance and maintain good standing with the institution. Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools. Strong verbal and written communication analytical and computer skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint Word Excel. Ability to commit 1520 hours per week throughout the internship period.
