John Vance Auto Group Guthrie afamily-operated dealership for over 40 years is looking for a motivated and customer-focusedInternet Sales Associateto join our growing team.

If youve got real sales experience know how to build relationships and can turn online leads into satisfied lifelong customers we want to talk to you.
Youll lead the charge in managing internet leads setting appointments and ensuring each customer has a smooth and professional buying experience from start to finish.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.

• Communicate effectively with customers via email phone and text to build trust and rapport.

• Guide customers through the buying process from inquiry to delivery.

• Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.

• Set appointments for the sales team and ensure a high show rate.

• Track activity progress and results to meet and exceed goals.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (automotive preferred but not required).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated goal-driven and capable of managing multiple leads at once.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
