Get real on-the-job training through our internship program.
Winter offers Project Engineerinternshipsfor students who have completed their freshman year of college. Our interns receive hands-on experience develop strong relationships and leave with indispensable work experience. Our interns encounter exposure to many of Winters dailybusiness functions including: pre-construction project start-up finances estimatingsubmittals quality assurance project documentation scheduling safety close-out warranty presentations site analysisbusiness development and client relationships.

Opportunities for Advancement
Chart your path toward a Project Manager or Superintendentrole. Our goal is to extend our interns an offer to spend another semester with us or hire as a full time Project Engineer depending on your graduation date.

We are based in Atlanta & love building in and around the Southeast.
