The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for an International Training Program Administratorsupporting our National Center office that is located in Dallas TX. This role can be home based.

The International Training Program Administrator will support the growth quality and operational excellence of the American Heart Associations global training network. This position works closely with international training centers instructors volunteers regional teams and internal stakeholders to support the onboarding administration quality monitoring and continuous improvement of training programs worldwide. The role is a key operational resource for international training network activities helping ensure compliance with the American Heart Association standards effective program execution volunteer engagement customer support and successful expansion of training programs globally.

Global Training Network Administration

• Support the ongoing growth and administration of the global our Training Network.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new International Training Centers (ITCs).
• Monitor training center performance and maintain accurate program records.
• Assist with renewals compliance activities audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries regarding training programs policies procedures and training center operations.

Program Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement plans supporting establishment and growth of new International Training Centers.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support implementation of training initiatives new programs and operational changes.
• Assist with rollout of international training programs and products.
• Maintain documentation policies procedures and program resources.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Monitor adherence to the American Heart Associations training standards policies and program requirements.
• Coordinate instructor and training center quality reviews.
• Support development and execution of remediation plans when needed.
• Maintain tracking and reporting tools for quality and program performance metrics.
• Assist with international compliance reviews and process standardization efforts.

Volunteer and Stakeholder Engagement

• Support recruitment onboarding management and recognition of volunteer resources.
• Coordinate volunteer participation in educational programs conferences and special initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with regional teams international training center coordinators instructors and faculty.
• Foster strong relationships across the international training community.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external training partners.

Customer & Training Center Support

• Manage the pipeline of organizations interested in becoming part of the American Heart Association training centers.
• Consult with prospective and existing training centers regarding program requirements and implementation.
• Provide responsive customer service and issue resolution.
• Support training centers in maximizing use of the American Heart Associations educational platforms and digital tools.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with international customers and stakeholders.

Reporting & Project Management

• Track program growth and maintain performance metrics.
• Develop reports related to network development and training activity.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple internal departments.
• Support planning and execution of conferences meetings trainings and special events.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Education Public Health or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in program administration project management training operations education programs healthcare programs or customer relationship management.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global cross-cultural environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience developing reports and analyzing operational data.
• Domestic and international travel up to 30-40% as needed for training events conferences meetings and training center support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international customers or global organizations.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person international meetings and conferences
• Experience supporting training certification education or healthcare programs.
• Knowledge of volunteer management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM systems learning management systems or training administration platforms.
• Additional language skills are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with international travel logistics and cross-border collaboration.

The expected pay range will be $70000 - $90000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
