Job Summary

The Short Scoop:My client a niche global leader in a specialized field needs a trade compliance pro to own the import and export program. When time-sensitive international shipments land youll be the reason they clear quickly and keep moving.

Location: Glendale Heights IL area
Status: Full-time hybrid after onboarding.

Compensation Range: $65000 -v$70000

What Youll Be Doing
  • Track weekly perishable imports and guide partners through customs and USDA/APHIS inspections
  • Resolve shipment holds before product quality suffers

  • Handle government inquiries and escalations
  • Partner with global teams on new products markets and trade programs
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. import and export control laws
  • Familiarity with USDA/APHIS importation processes
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field
  • Customs Broker License is a big plus
