We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Internal Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal service repairs communicate effectively with multiple departments and ensure vehicles are repaired and delivered on time.

• • Open and manage Repair Orders for both new vehicle and used vehicle inventory.
  • Work closely with the Used Car Manager to prioritize and coordinate reconditioning needs.
  • Schedule and monitor We Owe repairs to ensure all promised work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Manager to ensure parts availability and timely ordering for internal repairs.
  • Track vehicle repair status and communicate updates with sales service and management teams.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate repair order documentation and update dealership management systems.
  • Schedule service appointments as needed.
  • Ensure repair orders are completed efficiently.

• • Experience with repair ordersand dealership management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with service parts sales and management teams.
  • Proficient with computers and standard office software.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
