This is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy well-respected practice supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join a collaborative well-supported Internal Medicine practice with 1 other Physician 2 APPs and strong nursing support
• Care for a diverse adult patient population (18) within a campus-based clinic at Mercy Hospital offering seamless access to a wide range of specialties and strong referral support
• Call structure with other sites: 1:11
• Practice setting: Outpatient clinic with an average of 16 patients per day supporting quality patient-centered care
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings including evaluation diagnosis treatment care coordination and consultation with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed
• Engage in quality improvement cost-effective care initiatives and academic activities as desired while maintaining timely accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Located in Oshkosh a vibrant community of approximately 67000 residents offering a lively downtown diverse dining and cultural attractions along the Fox River and Lake Winnebago

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
