OneMain Financial is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated intern to join our organization. As an intern youll get hands-on experience as you apply your talents creativity and passion inside a large consumer lending finance organization. No matter the projects youll have the opportunity to explore while learning from experts in consumer lending in a close-knit team environment. Whether you want to develop your strategic thinking or grow other skills youll leverage the knowledge and perspectives gained to accelerate your career growth.

In the Role:

• Apply strategic thinking to solve complex unstructured business problems.
• Turn your proposals into reality by working cross-functionally to get them deployed.
• Actively contribute to our teams vibrant culture through sharing knowledge helping peers and generally being a great person to work with.
• Develop creative solutions to improve the companys decision making the customers experience and shareholder returns.

Requirements:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting
• Preferred graduation date of Winter 2027 to Summer 2028
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex problems.
• Proven experience (in an academic athletic volunteer or employment context) working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.
• Highly organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Demonstrate curiosity creative problem solving integrative business thinking teamwork and bias for action.
• Enthusiastic learners who want to tackle real-world challenges.

Target base salary is $25.00 which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
