EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Engineering Team at our Home Office in Columbia MO for the Fall of 2026 (with potential to extend into Spring 2027 and Summer 2027).

• Supports project coordination data analysis and cross-functional communication to help engineering teams operate efficiently. Core responsibilities often include:
• Organize project schedules maintaining documentation and tracking action items to ensure tasks stay on track.
• Gather and analyze project datasuch as timelines costs and resource usageto identify risks or bottlenecks and prepare clear reports or dashboards for project managers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among engineering product and operations teams by following up on deliverables supporting meetings and assisting with planning activities like design reviews or project sessions.
• Able to read schematics Technical Writing (Any experience with automotive or detailed instructions) and soft skills on Office/Google Suite hands on at times when involved with new product introduction

What Youre Working With:

• Must be actively working towards a BS degree (or seeking) in Mechanical Electrical Engineering preferred
• Attention to detail / organization skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You have excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel Google Sheets and Creo preferred
• You are highly organized and able to multitask
• You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
• Aptitude for working in groups and collaborating
• Familiar with Computer Aided Drafting Kanban and work organization
• Wiring Schematics Electrical knowledge Excel (soft skills) programming (Python)
• Ability to use tools experience in automotive a plus.
